Celebrating Old Grammarians

Rooftop Garden Commemoration.

In 2019 Yarra Valley Grammar School completed their new Research Centre build. It is a contemporary, inviting learning space, including a rooftop garden area dedicated to Yarra Old Grammarians (YOGs). The expansive rooftop space includes seating for students and event space, overlooking Yarra’s grounds and the surrounding area. Blueboat was asked to design a custom installation for the rooftop. Our design acknowledges and celebrates the YOGs ongoing connection with Yarra. Our installation was proudly unveiled at the rooftop naming opening evening, with YOGs from across the generations in attendance.
