Scholarship Program.

Queen’s College identified a growing financial strain on its students, needing their scholarship program needed to grow. Blueboat developed a brand and campaign strategy with the goal of increasing the number of scholarships in perpetuity.

Working closely with the Queen’s advancement team, Blueboat helped to shape the overall strategy, project requirements and case for support. Key insights were captured through a community consultation process and then reflected in identity, messaging and campaign assets and are designed to appeal to donor priorities. The Enduring Scholarship Program launched to a great response and the progress has been very positive to date.
