Last week over 600 delegates made their way to Melbourne to attend the Educate Plus Conference.
The event was a huge success by all accounts, and for us, a great insight into what’s working and what’s important in the sector today.
Our involvement in this year’s conference was sparked when Scotch College chose to enter their campaign for the new Centre for Science for an award under the Fundraising Campaign category. We worked closely with our awesome client Tim to develop and bring this campaign to life, and were delighted to be involved in putting together the submission.
After being shortlisted, Tim gave a fantastic talk at the conference to a packed room, showcasing the process and the outcomes.

We are so proud to have been apart of this project – and happy to announce that Scotch College won the Fundraising Campaign category.
You can read more about the campaign here.
In addition to working through the awards process with Scotch College, we also got up to a little fun of our own, sponsoring a leave behind in the delegate satchel. We designed and produced a comic, taking delegates through the Blueboat process to show how this could apply for their school. To keep it interesting, most of the panels on the comic had a scratchy surface – the snippet under each scratchy surface joined with the next panel to create a unique adventure through the comic. It was a really interesting production process and a great opportunity for Mark to shoot some extra shots around the studio!
